How to Create Email Templates

Email Templates help you manage your program faster without having to write everything from scratch.

You can also customize the content of each template so it matches your brand’s tone and messaging.

How to get there:

1. Navigate to Settings

2. Click General

3. Go to Email Templates

From here, you can explore all available templates and start customizing them for your program.

1— System Templates

System templates are pre-built by SATHI to support key program workflows.

👉 You can edit the content, but trigger rules cannot be changed.

Here’s what you’ll find:

🚨 Fraud & Traffic Monitoring

• Code Leak – Code Deleted: Discount code is deactivated due to suspected code leak

• Geo Signals Traffic Removal : Ambassador removed due to geo traffic mismatch

• Paid Ads Abuse Removal: Ambassador removed for paid ads violation

• Paid Ads Abuse Warning : Warning sent for paid ads activity

• Traffic Quality Warning : Warning sent for suspicious traffic patterns

🧑‍💼 Application & Onboarding

• Dashboard Access Link: Ambassador is onboarded

• Application Approved - Affiliate Link: Approved with affiliate link

• Application Approved - Affiliate Link & Code: Approved with link + code

• Application Approved Free Product: Approved with product perk

• Application Rejected: Application is rejected

• Application Thank You: Application successfully submitted

• Incomplete Application Reminder: Applicant hasn’t finished application

🚀 Activation & Engagement

• Awaiting First Post: Ambassador hasn’t shared their first post yet

• Inactive Ambassador: No activity for a set period

• Inner Circle Follow-Up: Ambassador joins your inner circle

• Invite Ambassador: Manually invite someone to your program

📊 Performance & Insights

• Low Reach: Posts are getting low engagement

• Low Conversion: Referrals are not converting well

💸 Payouts

• Payout Confirmation: Commission successfully processed
