Here’s an overview of the reports currently available within the platform and how you can export them for deeper analysis.
Post Purchase Surveys help you understand a key question in a simple way:
👉 “Did an ambassador or creator influence this purchase? Did a sale come in without a link/code click”
This feature is not meant to replace tracking. Instead, it adds an additional confidence signal that helps you better understand where a sale may have come from. In short, it helps you answer:
Where did this purchase really come from?
Was an ambassador part of the customer’s decision journey?
Navigate to Performance
Go to Post Purchase Surveys
Click Export
The Payments section provides visibility into which commissions are pending payout, along with your overall payout history.
There are two main export types available:
1. Pending Commission Payments
2. Payment History
Navigate to Payments
Go to either the Pending Commissions tab or Payout History, depending on the data you need
Click the Export Data button
Using filters before exporting helps you generate cleaner and more focused reports tailored to exactly what you need.
Available filters may include:
Date range
Campaign
Payment status
Any export request made within the platform will automatically be sent to your registered email address once the report has finished generating.
