
Adding your team on the platform is quick and simple. This guide walks you through how to invite teammates and choose the right access roles so everyone has what they need to work smoothly.

Here’s how to add someone to your workspace:
Go to Settings
Click on General
Under Your Team, select the Invite Member button
Enter the team member’s email address
Click Send Invite
That’s it.
Once sent, your teammate will receive an email invitation to set up their account and join your workspace.
Some users get stuck during login because they choose the wrong sign-in method.
When activating your account, do NOT click “Sign in with Shopify.” if you don't have the necessary permissions via Shopify.
Instead, make sure to:
Select “Sign in with Email”
Use the credentials you created during setup
This ensures you’re logging into the correct SATHI profile without any access issues.
⭐ Primary User
Full access to the platform
Can invite or revoke access from any user
Can assign or change roles (including promoting someone to Primary)
👤 Team Member
Can view and use the platform
Has all access to create campaigns, invite affiliates, manage payouts, etc.
