Sending Emails Manually per Affiliate

While you may have a separate messaging channel for your affiliates, SATHI also makes it easy to reach out directly whether it’s a quick update, a reminder, or a personalized message. You can send emails manually or in bulk, all right from your campaign page.

Where to find the Send Email button:

1. Go to the Campaign where the influencer is added

2. Find the influencer in the list

3. Click the 3 dots beside their profile

4. Select View Actions

5. Choose Send Email

From here, you’ll land on the email composer where you can start writing or select a template.

What you’ll see when sending an email

Inside the email window, you have two options:

• Blank email body - write your message from scratch

• Templates - choose from System Templates or your saved Custom Templates for faster sending

Once ready, just click Send Email and you’re good to go.

Need to reach multiple influencers at once? No problem.

Send emails in bulk (yes, it’s possible!)

How to get here:

1. Stay inside the same Campaign page

2. Tick the checkboxes next to the influencers you want to email

3. Click Send Email from the bulk actions

Even when sending in bulk, each influencer still receives a separate email no CCs or group emails. This keeps communication personal and clean.
