Once SARAL and SATHI are connected, it helps to know which platform handles which part of your influencer and affiliate workflow. This guide explains where each platform fits so you can manage creators and ambassadors efficiently.
Use SARAL as your primary platform for managing the entire influencer relationship. Continue using SARAL for:
Discovering influencers.
Saving creators to lists.
Sending outreach and email campaigns.
Managing ambassador applications.
Reviewing and approving applications.
Moving creators through relationship stages, such as Prospect → Reached Out → In Conversation → Onboarded.
Managing campaigns and creator relationships.
If you're managing influencers through their onboarding journey, continue working in SARAL as you normally would.
SATHI takes over once an influencer becomes an ambassador. When an influencer is onboarded in SARAL and receives an affiliate link or discount code, SATHI automatically creates the ambassador behind the scenes:
The ambassador is automatically added to SATHI.
They're assigned to the corresponding campaign in SATHI, based on the campaign they joined in SARAL.
Their affiliate link and discount code are generated by SATHI, even though they appear inside SARAL.
From the influencer's perspective, everything continues to work seamlessly.
In short, SARAL manages the relationship, while SATHI powers the affiliate infrastructure.
The following actions sync automatically from SARAL to SATHI:
Approved influencer applications.
Ambassador creation.
Affiliate links.
Discount codes.
Campaign assignments.
If an ambassador is onboarded through SARAL, they'll automatically appear in SATHI.
Ambassadors created directly in SATHI do not sync back to SARAL. Any ambassador added through SATHI — for example, by using the Invite button in SATHI, or by accepting an application submitted directly through SATHI — will remain in SATHI only.
Although SARAL remains your primary influencer management platform, SATHI provides additional tools for managing your affiliate program:
Fraud detection.
Performance insights.
Sidekick AI.
Ambassador management.
Product requests.
Many brands review SATHI regularly to monitor affiliate performance while continuing to manage creator relationships in SARAL.
Applications submitted through SARAL are reflected in SATHI once approved.
Ambassadors onboarded through SARAL are automatically created in SATHI.
Applications submitted directly through SATHI are not reflected in SARAL.
Ambassadors invited directly through SATHI are not created in SARAL.
For the smoothest experience, manage influencer recruitment and onboarding in SARAL, and use SATHI to power and optimize your affiliate program once creators become ambassadors.
Knowing which platform owns which part of the workflow prevents duplicate work and data gaps. Managing recruitment in SARAL and letting SATHI power the affiliate infrastructure keeps ambassador data consistent across both tools, without asking your team to change how they already work.
