Tremendous lets you send rewards to recipients through a variety of payout methods, including gift cards, prepaid cards, direct monetary transfers, and charity donations. The available options depend on the recipient's country. You can either let recipients choose from a set of options or specify a single payout method for them.
A reward includes a set of payout options a recipient can choose from. Tremendous supports over 1,000 products across these categories:
Gift cards - 800+ gift card companies, including Amazon.com, Walmart, and Target
Prepaid cards - Virtual Visa and Virtual Visa International
Monetary options - ACH, PayPal, and Venmo
Charity donations - available in 40 charities
Transfer options - Local bank transfers
Tremendous supports two ways to structure a reward, depending on how much choice you want to give the recipient.
Multi-product rewards contain multiple payout options. The recipient chooses which one they want. This is the easiest way to guarantee a good recipient experience, since it accounts for regional availability and preference automatically. Single-product rewards contain one payout option, such as a Visa card, an Amazon.com gift card, or a Venmo payment. The redemption experience recipients see can be customized with your branding. Tremendous lets you customize the copy, branding, and design shown to recipients when they redeem a reward. There are two ways to do this:
