Running an ambassador program means a lot is happening at once, and you shouldn't have to dig through dashboards to find out what needs your attention. Proactive Insights is SATHI's way of surfacing important events across your program automatically, whether it's a win worth celebrating, an alert that needs attention, or an opportunity worth acting on. You can also take action on most of these directly from the card, in a few clicks.
Insights appear in two places at once, and they're always in sync. Dismissing or acting on a card in one place updates it everywhere.
Inline, on the relevant page. Cards appear stacked at the top of the page they relate to. Program-level insights live on Home, creator-level insights live on Performance, campaign insights live on Campaigns, and payment insights live on Payments. If more than 3 signals are active on a page, the rest move to the aggregated view.
Cards when shown follow this particular priority order:
Alerts (something at risk)
Opportunities (act now for a bigger result)
Wins (celebrate, share)
Nudges (gentle push)
The telescope icon, in the top right of your header. Clicking it opens every active insight in a full-screen, swipe-able view, sorted by the same priority order above. This is also where you'll find insights that didn't make it into an inline slot.
Every insight falls into one of four categories:
Win — something good happened, worth celebrating and sharing
Opportunity — a moment where a small action now leads to a bigger result
Nudge — something could use a little attention
Alert — something needs attention now
Every insight, whether dismissed, expired, or acted on, is kept in History so nothing gets lost. Open it from the ✨ panel and filter by status: All, Win, Nudge, Opportunity, or Alert.
Any win or insight card can be turned into a shareable image in one click. Open the card and choose Download to save it, or Copy to paste it straight into a Slack channel, an email, or a deck.
It's built to look good wherever it lands, whether that's a quick internal share with your team or a LinkedIn-worthy moment for a milestone!
