How to Enable SATHI on Your Shopify Store

The last step of connecting Shopify to SATHI is turning on the SATHI Referral Capture app embed in your store's theme. Due to a change in how Shopify handles script tags, SATHI now loads on your storefront through this embed. You only need to do this once.

Step 1: Open Shopify from SATHI

When prompted on SATHI, click Open Shopify. This opens your Shopify theme editor in a new tab with the App embeds panel on the left.

Step 2: Check the SATHI Referral Capture Toggle

In the App embeds panel, find SATHI Referral Capture. The toggle should already be on. If it's off, click it to turn it on.

Step 3: Click Save

Click Save in the top right corner of the theme editor.

The embed isn't active on your store until you click Save. Turning on the toggle alone is not enough.

Step 4: Return to SATHI

Go back to the SATHI tab to finish onboarding. Your store is now set up to track ambassador referrals!
