SATHI's Payments Export comes in two formats: the Pending Commission Payments Export and the Payment History Export. If an ambassador who generated sales is missing from either export, it's usually because their commissions haven't yet reached a payable status.
An ambassador is missing from your export when their commissions are still in one of these states:
Still within the return window
Below the minimum payout threshold
Marked as a clawback order
Marked as a refunded order
These commissions aren't yet eligible for payout, so they're excluded from the export.
Once a commission moves past the return window and meets the minimum payout threshold set in Settings, its status changes to Pending. It then appears as Payable under Pending Commissions, and its details are included the next time you run the Payments Export.

Understanding why an ambassador is missing from an export saves you from assuming there's a tracking error when the sale is, in fact, recorded and simply not yet payable. Knowing the exact status — return window, threshold, clawback, or refund — lets you explain payout timing accurately instead of guessing.
