Why is my Payments Export missing some affiliates who generated sales

Payments Export in SATHI comes in two formats:

1. Pending Commission Payments Export

2. Payment History Export

Why some affiliates don’t appear

If an affiliate is missing from your export, it usually means their commissions are still in one of these states:

• Still within the return window

• Below the minimum payout threshold

• Clawback orders

• Refunded orders

These commissions are not yet eligible for payout, which is why they are excluded from the export.

Here, you can track each affiliate commission order and its current status if not yet ready for payout.

When will they show up?

Once commissions move past the return window and meet the minimum payout threshold you set in Settings, their status changes to “Pending.”

They will then appear as “Payable” under the Pending Commissions, and their details will be added to the Payments Export if exported.

Quick recap

• Only Payable commissions appear in Payments Export

• Pending, on hold, refunded, and clawback orders are excluded

• Affiliates show up only once they become eligible for payout
