Getting Started with SATHI
Welcome to SATHI — your affiliate marketing companion.
SATHI is built for Shopify brands that want to recruit ambassadors, track what's actually working, stop paying commissions they don't owe, and pay their partners without the back-and-forth.
By the end of this guide, you'll have everything set up and ready to go — ambassadors onboarded, integrations connected, and fraud protection on.
Step 1 — Set up your first Campaign
A Campaign is where everything lives — your commission structure, discount codes, referral links, gamification, and the ambassadors tied to them. You need at least one before anything else.

Step 2 — Add your Ambassadors
You've got three ways to bring people in:
Invite them from inside the campaign. Do this by clicking on the pink Invite button.
Import your existing ambassadors via CSV if you're coming from another tool
Let them apply via an Application form (see Step 3)

Step 3 — Create an Application Form
This is a form you can put on your website, share with your email list, or add to the link in bio. Interested people fill it out, you review and approve — and SATHI creates their links, codes, sends them a gift if needed -- automatically.

Step 4 — Connect Klaviyo
Takes about 5 minutes. Once connected, every ambassador's links, codes, and activity sync into Klaviyo so you can trigger flows based on how they're performing.
